SOVAN International’s governance framework calls for accessible, safe and respectful ways for beneficiaries, communities, staff, volunteers, partners and the public to ask questions, provide feedback or raise concerns without retaliation.

Specialized safeguarding, fraud, security, employment and data/privacy concerns will be routed through appropriate confidential procedures as those channels are established.
