Why These Regions

Communities across Northern Ghana, Oti and underserved parts of Volta continue to experience unequal access to economic opportunities, infrastructure, education, healthcare, safe water, sanitation and resilient livelihoods. SOVAN’s approach is to target documented need rather than label entire regions uniformly.

Responsible Expansion

Growth will follow a phased, needs-based strategy: first establish and strengthen the model in the seven focus regions; then expand selectively across Ghana; later pursue responsible expansion into other African countries; and ultimately support underserved communities in selected parts of the developing world where mission alignment, legal pathways, partnerships, funding and organizational capacity are strong.

SOVAN International measures growth by the depth, sustainability and measurable value of its impact—not simply by the number of regions or countries in which it operates.
